Storage

Recipes

/ Citrus Cold Brew

Ingredients:
40ml African Mailman Cold Brew Concentrate
10ml Lime Juice
185ml Tonic Water
15ml Honey
Ice

Steps:
1. Combine the honey and tonic to dissolve the honey (a little warm water to start works best)
2. Add ice
3. Pour in concentrate and lime juice. Mix to combine
4. Garnish with dehydrated citrus

/ Mont Blanc

Ingredients:
80ml Corcovado Cold Brew Concentrate
120ml Water
40ml Heavy Pouring Cream
5ml Condensed Milk
5ml Vanilla Syrup
2ml Agave Syrup
Grated nutmeg
Grated grapefruit

Steps:
1. Pour in concentrate & water into a glass, mix to combine
2. Combine cream, condensed milk and syrups. Whip until glossy and pourable
3. Float on top of coffee over the back of a spoon
4. Grate nutmeg and grapefruit on cream to finish
