This Brazilian gem of a coffee has come from a family farm with a special story. It beings in 1947 with Edio Miranda and his wife, Maria Aparecida Milagres Miranda acquired 28 hectares of land, titled the ‘Sitio Santo Antonio do Prado’. What was previously un-used and producing nothing, Edio and his family saw as an opportunity to create something wonderful. Years on the Miranda family are now recognized around the world as a respected coffee producer known for their meticulous post-harvesting process techniques and years of high-quality coffee produce. Having been awarded at regional coffee competitions, Edio and Maria have passed on their passion for great coffee to their children. To this day the coffee processing remains exclusively a family affair with all processes carried out by the Miranda family on their farm.
