Even before founding the Cuatro M Cafes, a group of coffee farms located in the volcanic hills of Santa Ana, El Salvador, Emilio Lopez Diaz had coffee in his blood. His family have been farming the land for six generations, and their philosophy embraces that: Family tradition is at our core, yet innovation is what drives us forward. Cuatro M Cafes was established in 2001, and Emilio and his team have lived up to their motto ever since.
