This special flight contains five of the most prestigious coffees in the world. Produced by the renowned Ninety Plus Gesha Estate in Panama. Each sample weighs 15 grams and has been carefully roasted and packaged to retain all its flavour qualities for a professional cupping or manual brewing.
For cupping, we always go with SCA cupping protocol so a ratio of 1:18.18 ratio is recommended.
