Producer Info

This coffee was grown by Diofanor Ruiz at the farm La Divisa. EF2 is a special fermentation process where this coffee was exposed to a dry aerobic fermentation of 24 hours before being placed inside Grainpro bags for 50 hours at temperature below 22 degrees Celsius. Then the whole cherries were placed on raised beds until 11% moisture content was achieved.

La Divisa is located 1600 to 2000 meters above seal level. Its annual rainfall of 1900-2200mm, temperatures of 16-24 degrees Celsius and volcanic ash soil make for ideal coffee growing climate.
